Cavity Wall Insulation

This is for properties built generally after 1930; this insulation goes in the cavity between the internal and external walls. We install a lightly bonded bead.

Loft Insulation

This is for any property with an easily accessible loft space, where we install a loft roll on the loft floor to a depth of at least 270mm (11 inches). 

Solid Wall Insulation

There are two types, internal and external.

Internal is where the insulation will be fitted to the internal walls that face the exterior of the property - typically, where your windows are!

The external wall is where an insulation board is fitted to the exterior of the property, and will be rendered and finished. You will be able to choose the colour of the finish. 

The product to be installed will depend on the technical survey of the property, which will determine the most suitable option.

Roof Room Insulation (Attic Bedroom)

Insulation will be applied to all areas, including flat ceilings, gable walls, dwarf walls, and sloping ceilings. 

All finishing will be completed, including replastering and refitting of fixtures and electrical sockets.

This is either applied to flat or sloping ceilings and is fastened to the internal surface by a board. This is the finished product, including replastering and refitting of fixtures.
